As the Director of the Property Management Division at Haus Realty & Management, I bring over a decade of expertise in the real estate industry, focusing on providing exceptional property management services while helping buyers and sellers navigate the market. My leadership role allows me to oversee a wide range of properties, ensuring that both property owners and tenants receive personalized, professional service. This experience has sharpened my ability to create customized strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

In addition to my property management expertise, I have held positions such as Vice President at Kedalo Construction, Executive Finance Budget Officer with the United States Army Resource Management Command, and Chief of the Military Pay Office with the 101st Airborne Division Association. These roles have instilled in me a deep commitment to integrity, professionalism, and excellence in service.

I focus on serving clients throughout Middle Tennessee, with a particular specialization in assisting military personnel and their families with relocation and rental needs near Ft. Campbell. Assistant Director of Property Management Krista Kiepke previously spent 17 years as a government contract employee. She traveled the world in various rolls including field service engineer, instructor, technical writer, and software engineer. Krista spent 3 years living in Iraq while supporting joint forces and Special Operations Command. In 2023, Krista joined our team bringing her personal experience with relocation to the property management division of Haus Realty & Management.

Her commitment to this cause has led her to serve on the board of The Montgomery Veterans Coalition, where she plays a vital role in advocating for veterans’.
