Can you hold a place before I apply?
We cannot hold any rentals. We do honor a first come, first serve services. If your application is completed and approved, deposit must be paid within 72 hours. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Full deposit is due within 72hrs of application approval. First month's rent, proof of utilities transfer and renter's insurance are due prior to having access to the rental. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must 18 years of age or older to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Rent deposit is fully refundable as long as the unit is brought back to the same condition as when Tenant took possession. Pet and key deposits are non-refundable. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If either your credit score or your income falls just below our minimum requirements, a co-signer maybe added to the contract, warranting rent payments. The Director is approving authority for all cosigners. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Find the application link attached to the property posting and complete your application. Call the office 931.201.9694, Ext #2, if you need assistance. -
How do I pay rent?
Pay your rent easily through your Tenant portal as a convenience. If the portal is down, you shall pay rent by dropping off your certified check or money order at the office located at 2693 Townsend Ct, Ste C, Clarksville TN 37043. There is a drop box by the front door.I want to get a pet. What do I do?
If your lease states pet allowed, you may send a message to the main office that you now have a pet. Fill out the pet addendum, pay your pet deposit and monthly pet rent.I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Any changes to the current contract requires a new contract and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Submit your 30-day notice to the main office of your intent not to renew. You must submit notification via your Tenant portal.Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Owner of property covers major HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances and normal wear and tear to the structure of the home, not including negligence of the Tenant or their guests or items used by the Tenants such as lightbulbs, batteries, water filters, etc.
